We can provide early discharge from hospital with intravenous (IV) injection for pneumonia, cellulitis and infected wounds. This will allow you to enjoy family and home environment without prolonged stay in hospital. Obviously we are only able to help if the treatment is therapeutic and you are continuing to get better. Consult with your specialist for follow-up plans.

This is a legal document issued after a medical consultation. For legal reasons, we are not authorised to back-date medical certificates. Please seek your doctor’s permission for this legal document if needed.

How do I collect test results?2024-07-29T20:13:07+10:00

Please discuss with your regular doctor for your results. In line with best clinical practice, this generally requires an appointment to answer all your questions. Receptionists do not have confidential details on patients and are not trained to give medical results casually over the telephone.

Yes, we provide home visits for all our patients that have difficulties coming to surgery. Minimum charges for travel/ time allowance charges apply.

The practice charges a $200 out-of-pocket fee for a 30 minute consultation at the patient’s home for patients who have not visited the practice in over 12 months.

Yes, we can insert and remove Implanon. We also provide specialised Mirena insertion in-house. There is a fee for these procedures.

We have cryotherapy and offer skin cancer checks.

We will bulk bill children vaccination, covid and flu vaccination appointments.

There is ample of street parking. Disabled parking opposite surgery is also available. We are a short stroll from Booth Street.

We collect and store personal information such as your name, contact details, medical history, and insurance information solely for the purpose of providing medical care and administrative tasks. Your data is securely protected, and we only disclose it when required by law or for medical treatment. If you have privacy concerns, please contact us at 02 9571 1188.

We also utilise a third-party booking and reminder system, HotDoc, to facilitate appointment scheduling and clinical recalls and reminders. However, HotDoc does not hold a patient account directly. Any information they hold is only received as a role of contracted service provider to Annandale General Practice. They can never access or use this information for other purposes.
